Position Overview: As a Software Programmer at GNG Business, you will be a key player in the development and implementation of bespoke software solutions. We're looking for an individual who is not just proficient in coding but is also passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world business challenges. This role involves close collaboration with clients, cross-functional teams, and staying abreast of the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable software solutions aligned with client specifications.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the robustness of the applications.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

• Client Interaction:

  • Engage with clients to understand their unique business requirements and challenges.

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, providing clients with innovative and effective solutions.

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops to showcase technical capabilities and discuss project progress.

  • Provide ongoing technical support and address client queries and concerns.

• Technology Evolution:

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development processes and deliver optimal solutions.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for integrating new technologies into existing systems.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.

  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Project Management:

  • Contribute to project planning and estimation, ensuring timely and quality delivery of software projects. o Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and address potential risks and roadblocks.

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

  • Coordinate the efforts of team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and deadlines.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development.

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business).

  • Minimum 7 Years of proven experience in software development, including:

    • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).

    • Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Experience in client-facing roles with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
